Shawn has 10 years of the behind the scenes work in the food industry. A master of crunching numbers and savvy business practices, he makes sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a smile on his face!

We combine the flavors of homemade with the quality of high-end production. Inspired to branch out and tap into the wonderful world of sweets, a brother and sister teamed up to create beautiful and delicious desserts to share with the Twin Cities community and beyond. We are a family owned company with years of experience in the food industry under our belts, so we were excited to put our expertise, integrity and passion into each of our products.  After brainstorming, testing and sampling (the best part!), we have created more than forty products, and the list is still getting longer.

- WITH A LITTLE BIT OF IMAGINATION -

It all started with a simple idea, which grew from a lingering passion that was waiting to be pursued. With one successful family business in our repertoire, it was the perfect time to put our experience and talents into a new endeavor. We saw a need in the market for a locally owned company creating the highest quality clean-label bakery products for consumers, and that is where it all began.

- BEHIND EVERY GREAT COMPANY, THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT CARE -

To make the best products possible, we hired an expert Food Scientist to create unique and enticing recipes to meet the highest standards in the industry and, with his help, we did just that! We knew that we needed the best tools to create premiere products, so we built a full-scale commercial kitchen facility & brought in the best production equipment on the market. Finally, we added a Production Manager to the team to oversee the daily operations of the Bakery and ensure each item going out the doors meets our quality standards.

- OUR TIME TO SHINE -

After years of research, a lot of hard work (and fun), we began to connect with the major food distributors in the area. Once they heard our story and tried our specialty line of products, they were hooked! We are honored to partner with several of the best names in the industry and can't wait to continue growing our company in the Twin Cities (and beyond).
